About this service

Paint is the fastest way to make a tired workplace look neglected, and the fastest way to fix it. InfyWorx provides vetted, insured painting crews to offices, hotels, retail sites and commercial buildings across Australia. Interior repaints, exterior facades or a single feature wall, staged around your business hours.

What does a commercial painting service cover?

The core scope is interior walls and ceilings, corridors and common areas, and exterior facades and render. Periodic work sits on top of that, including line marking, feature walls, protective coatings and touch-up programs between full repaints. You decide what gets repainted now and what gets scheduled for later.

How often should a commercial space be repainted?

High traffic areas like reception, corridors and lift lobbies usually need a refresh every two to three years, since scuffs and marks show fastest where the most people pass through. Standard offices and back-of-house areas can often stretch to four or five years. Exteriors and facades typically need attention every five to seven years, sooner in harsh coastal or high-UV locations.

What's included

  • Surface preparation: Filling, sanding, patching and cleaning down surfaces so the finish holds and doesn’t telegraph old damage.
  • Interior wall and ceiling painting: Offices, corridors, stairwells and back-of-house areas painted to a consistent, even finish.
  • Exterior and facade painting: Render, cladding, fascias and external walls painted or resealed to protect against weather and UV.
  • Feature walls and branding: Accent colours, logo walls and branded finishes for reception, boardrooms and client-facing spaces.
  • Corridor and common area painting: High traffic zones painted in durable, wipeable finishes that hold up between full repaint cycles.
  • Line marking: Car park bays, walkways, loading zones and safety markings repainted to a clear, compliant standard.
  • Touch-ups and patch repairs: Scuffs, scrapes and damage fixed between full repaints so the space never looks tired.
  • Low-VOC and low-odour options: Water-based, low-odour paint systems available for occupied buildings and sensitive tenants.
  • Colour consultation and matching: Existing colours matched exactly, or a palette recommended if you are refreshing the look.
  • Protective coatings: Anti-graffiti, anti-mould and moisture-resistant coatings for wet areas, loading docks and exteriors.
  • Staged floor-by-floor scheduling: Work broken into zones so tenanted floors and trading areas stay open while we paint the rest.
  • Reporting and sign-off: Before-and-after photos, a completed scope checklist and a walkthrough sign-off on every job.

Effectiveness

First impressions start at the front door

A scuffed reception or a dated boardroom colours every meeting that happens in it, before anyone says a word.

Protects the asset, not just the look

Paint is a protective coating as much as a finish. Left too long, exteriors and wet areas start costing more to fix than to repaint.

Staged work that doesn’t shut you down

We break the job into zones and shift hours, so tenants, staff and customers keep using the building while we work.

Vetted crews you can trust after hours

Your painters work unsupervised around your fit-out, furniture and fittings. Every InfyWorx painter is police-checked with verified work rights.

Consistent finish across every floor

Same crew, same batch-matched paint, same standard from the ground floor lobby to the top floor boardroom.

One contact instead of chasing a call centre

You get an account manager who knows your site and your schedule. Issues get sorted in a phone call, not a ticket queue.

How it works

  1. Site walkthrough and scope

We visit your site, measure areas, check surfaces and substrates, and build a scope around what needs painting now and what can wait.

  2. Written quote and schedule

You get a clear scope of works, a colour and finish schedule and a fixed price. No vague inclusions and no surprise charges for prep work you assumed was covered.

  3. Prep and protection

Surfaces are cleaned, filled and sanded, and furniture, floors and fittings are protected before a drop of paint goes on.

  4. Painting

Work happens after hours, before hours, on weekends or floor-by-floor during the day, whichever keeps your business moving.

  5. Quality check and touch-ups

Your account manager walks the finished area, checks coverage and cut-in lines, and fixes anything that doesn’t meet standard before handover.

  6. Handover and warranty

You get a sign-off walkthrough, care instructions for the new finish and a workmanship warranty on the completed job.
