Deep Cleaning

About this service

Daily cleaning keeps a property presentable. Deep cleaning stops the build-up nobody sees until a guest or an auditor finds it. InfyWorx provides scheduled deep cleans to hotels, commercial kitchens, offices and care facilities across Australia, planned around your quietest window.

What does a deep clean cover?

It covers everything the daily routine has to skip: behind and under furniture, inside wardrobes, air vents, skirting, light fittings, grout and silicone. In guest rooms that means mattresses, bed bases, headboards and curtains. In kitchens it means degreasing behind and beneath equipment, where the real problems hide.

How often does a deep clean need to happen?

Hotel guest rooms usually run on a rotating program so every room gets a deep clean two to four times a year. Commercial kitchens need it far more often, often monthly or quarterly, because grease builds up fast. Offices and common areas generally sit on a quarterly or six-monthly cycle.

What's included

  • Guest room detail cleaning: Behind and under beds and furniture, wardrobes, drawers, luggage racks, skirting, doors and frames, and the corners daily servicing never reaches.
  • Mattress and bedding hygiene: Mattress vacuuming, rotation, stain treatment, bed base and headboard cleaning, and checks for anything that should be reported.
  • Bathroom restoration: Grout scrubbing, descaling taps and screens, silicone treatment, extraction fan cleaning and removing build-up that daily cleans leave behind.
  • Kitchen degreasing: Behind, beneath and beside equipment, splashbacks, shelving, cool room seals, floors and grout, tackled with the correct degreasers.
  • High dusting and vents: Ceiling fans, air vents and diffusers, light fittings, curtain tracks, ledges, ducting faces and pipework runs.
  • Furniture and soft furnishing care: Upholstered chairs, lounges, bed heads, curtains and blinds cleaned or refreshed as the material allows.
  • Floor deep cleaning: Machine scrubbing hard floors, edge work, carpet extraction and treatment of traffic lanes and problem stains.
  • Window and glass detail: Internal glass, tracks, sills, balcony doors and frames, including the runners that collect grit.
  • Balcony and outdoor areas: Sweeping, washing, drainage checks, railing cleaning and removing cobwebs and debris.
  • Sanitising and odour treatment: Antimicrobial treatment of high touch points and source-level odour work rather than masking sprays.
  • Back of house detail: Storerooms, linen rooms, service corridors, staff amenities and the areas that only get attention when someone complains.
  • Completion reporting: A record of what was cleaned and any defects found, which is useful for both maintenance and audit files.

Effectiveness

Problems found before a guest finds them

Deep cleans surface stains, damage and faults hiding under furniture and behind equipment. Better your team finds it than a review does.

Audit and compliance records that hold up

Food safety and accreditation audits look at the places daily cleaning misses. A documented deep clean program is easy evidence to produce.

Fixtures and furniture that last longer

Grease, scale and grit degrade surfaces, seals and equipment over time. Removing them protects assets you would rather not replace early.

Your daily crew stays on daily work

Deep cleaning bolted onto a normal shift means neither job gets done well. A separate crew in a planned window solves both.

A property that smells right

Persistent odour usually comes from a source nobody has cleaned in years. Deep cleaning removes it instead of covering it.

Rooms and spaces back in service on schedule

We work to an agreed room or area count per day, so your revenue team knows exactly what is out of order and for how long.

How it works

  1. Scope and inspection

We inspect the areas, agree the task list room by room or zone by zone, and set the standard you want at completion. Vague scope is how deep cleans go wrong.

  2. Program and scheduling

We build a schedule around your occupancy, trading hours or shutdown window, whether that is a rotating room program or a one-off blitz.

  3. Crew and equipment allocation

A trained crew is assigned with the machines, chemicals and access equipment the scope requires, plus the WHS documentation for your site.

  4. Deep clean delivery

Work runs to the agreed checklist so nothing is left to memory. Rooms and areas are released back to you as each one is completed and checked.

  5. Inspection and sign-off

Your supervisor or manager walks the completed work with us. Anything below standard is redone before we call it finished.

  6. Program review

We report on findings, flag maintenance issues and recommend a cycle that keeps the property ahead of the build-up.
