Bartender

About this service

A bartender sets the pace for the whole bar, in the speed of the pour and the accuracy of the till. InfyWorx provides RSA-certified bartenders to hotels, bars, clubs and function venues across Australia. Cocktail service, high-volume trade or a private event, booked by the shift or on a recurring roster.

What does a bartender service cover?

The core scope is drink preparation and service across beer, wine, spirits and cocktails, backed by responsible service of alcohol and confident cash and POS handling. Beyond that, bartenders run cocktail menus, work mobile and pop-up bars, and hold the pace through high-volume trade nights and functions.

When should you book bartenders?

Most venues book bartenders for peak trading nights, weekends and functions, when a busy bar needs experienced hands who can hold the pace and the till. Weddings, corporate events and pop-up bars often need a dedicated bartender for the occasion. Venues with consistent weekend trade often move to a recurring roster.

What's included

  • Drink preparation and service: Beer, wine, spirits and standard mixed drinks poured and served to a consistent standard.
  • Cocktail making and menu execution: Cocktail menus made to recipe and to pace, from a short house list to a full bespoke menu.
  • Responsible service of alcohol: RSA-compliant service, including monitoring intoxication levels and managing service refusals appropriately.
  • Cash handling and POS operation: Tills reconciled accurately, with confident use of your venue’s POS and payment systems.
  • Bar setup and pack-down: Bar stocked, garnishes prepped and equipment set up before service, and packed down properly after.

  • Function and private event bar service: Bartenders briefed on the event, drinks package and guest numbers ahead of weddings and private functions.
  • Mobile and pop-up bar service: Bartenders who can run a bar off-site, from a marquee event to a corporate pop-up.
  • High-volume trade service: Bartenders experienced at holding the pace and accuracy through the busiest trading windows.
  • Guest interaction and upselling: Confident, friendly service that keeps guests happy and lifts average spend where it fits the venue.
  • Compliance with licensing conditions: Service delivered in line with your venue’s liquor licence conditions and house policies.
  • Shift reporting and handover: Till reconciliation and a clear handover covering stock, breakages and anything the next shift needs to know.
